Devata Synth emerged from a simple observation: while artificial intelligence offers extraordinary possibilities for business enhancement, most implementation approaches ignore the cultural and human dimensions that make organizations truly effective. Founded in early 2024 by a group of technologists and organizational consultants with deep roots in Southeast Asia, we set out to create a different kind of AI consulting practice.
The name "Devata" draws from the Sanskrit term for divine guardians found throughout Thai temple architecture, while "Synth" represents the synthesis of human wisdom and machine capability.
